April 26th 2015. It was a Sunday. I woke up from a normal night of sleep after a normal night out at the end of my stressful work week, went to the living room of my normal apartment, sat with my normal boyfriend, and got hit with the biggest chest constriction you could imagine.

I have a very stressful, active job teaching children with special needs.. He was my baby. The connection I had with him was exactly like the connection I have with my dog. I had (and lost) other guinea pigs, but he was just so special to me.
In fact, you could say that it makes it more special that they only show their true hero nature when necessary. It makes more of an impact on people rather than people see you as "that crazy dude with the Batman mask". So yeah, do your thing.. Laws on clauses to be tightened to protect whistleblowers speaking out about harassment and abuseEmployers will be banned from using confidentiality agreements to stop staff reporting harassment, discrimination and abuse under a new government clampdown on so called gagging clauses. Ministers are tightening laws on the use of non disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure they do not stop workers from speaking to police or medical professionals about their experiences. It follows a number of high profile reports of NDAs allegedly being used to silence people who said they were the victim of harassment or abuse..
The areas where you would say whites have an advantage is with prisons/police. Maybe overall they do get less sentencing time (i wouldn't know as i have not completely looked into it), but that doesn't mean there are not some insane cases where minorities get off easy (there was a case where a black man that participated in gang rape got let off with some probation).
